Loan Escrow

In the process of updating our banking interface, we also needed to update our loan escrow accounts page. I adjusted our old designs to fit our new online and mobile banking screens.

Branch Hours and Locations

Shortly after implementing a new online AI phone bot, we noticed that our monthly visits to our locations page had increased due to the bot sending out link requests. This new volume in link requests costed our API usage from $300 a month to $14000 a month.

We researched a solution. At first I suggested using another API solution that would auto update a new page with locations and times available. But later we thought that would be took much work and time to monitor. So instead I suggested a static separate web page for just our locations for the phone AI bot to send out.

My solution ended up saving the company $168,000 a year.

Small Business App

We needed a solution for small businesses to request small business loans from us. So I created some mock ups for the developer and working with my team mate, created a working page for business owners to request small loans.

Employee Site Mockups

We were in the process of setting up a new employee intersite and while talking with the marketing team, I created some mock ups of the new site to help them visually see the changes we thought the new site could be improved with based on other designs we had been given.
